I was happy that I was invited to EmpowHer Event in Berlin-Germany to have a speech to share my success story as a tech business woman. Sharing my global message for women and their continuous conflict was such a crucial part of my speech, as a woman in business this is what I pass on during my day to day business in Iraq and in a male dominated sector, to make an impact, to empower, and provide opportunities.

Here is my message I shared during my speech, globally to all women for the International Women\u2019s Day:
Nobody remembers or measure the efforts you have made to succeed.\u00a0People primarily remember the accomplishments, not the struggles.\u00a0Achieving success needs inner conviction, self-education, and financial liberation.
women are natural leaders, effortlessly moving through different roles\u2014whether as a woman, a mother, a worker, a boss, or even as an emerging\u00a0leader.

So, let\u2019s Invest in women because an educated woman\u00a0brings\u00a0generations of educated individuals and create better societies.
