I\u2019m excited to share the success of our recent panel series, “Job Opportunities and the Unexpected World After Education,” which I organized at Kurdistan Technical Institute (KTI) to support students in preparing for the realities of today\u2019s workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the general manager of Click Iraq Company, I spoke about the importance of digital skills in modern careers, emphasizing that digital awareness is not just an asset, it\u2019s essential. I encouraged students to invest in building their personal online presence and to stay adaptable in a rapidly changing world, as these skills can set them apart and open doors in their career journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The panel also included insights from Taha Jalil, an entrepreneur who shared his experiences with the unpredictable nature of the job market, encouraging resilience and adaptability. Pishdar Abdullah, a lecturer in Business Administration at KTI, expertly guided the discussions, reinforcing the importance of combining academic learning with practical experience and building networks for career success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The panel left students with key takeaways: invest in digital skills, stay flexible, seek out real-world experience, and build a professional network. These are essential strategies for anyone aiming to thrive in today\u2019s evolving job landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
