I’m excited to share the success of our recent panel series, “Job Opportunities and the Unexpected World After Education,” which I organized at Kurdistan Technical Institute (KTI) to support students in preparing for the realities of today’s workforce.

As the general manager of Click Iraq Company, I spoke about the importance of digital skills in modern careers, emphasizing that digital awareness is not just an asset, it’s essential. I encouraged students to invest in building their personal online presence and to stay adaptable in a rapidly changing world, as these skills can set them apart and open doors in their career journeys.

The panel also included insights from Taha Jalil, an entrepreneur who shared his experiences with the unpredictable nature of the job market, encouraging resilience and adaptability. Pishdar Abdullah, a lecturer in Business Administration at KTI, expertly guided the discussions, reinforcing the importance of combining academic learning with practical experience and building networks for career success.
